Our story
PNW Scoopers started in 2025 when the Trevino family faced an eminent need to put their kids through college. Having a prolific entrepreneurial history, the Trevinos wanted to build something that would not only support their family, but also serve their community.
What started as a way to finance their kids through school turned into a bigger mission to create jobs for young people and help them work towards their college dreams. PNW Scoopers is proud to keep yards clean, give families more time to enjoy their pets, and carry a vision to see this next generation thrive.
Our mission
At PNW Scoopers, our mission is to serve our communities by making life easier for dog owners and supporting the next generation in reaching their dreams. Beyond the cleanup, we’re proud to say that we’re currently helping three of our team members pay for their college classes. By enriching the lives of both pet owners and young people, we’re building a cleaner, stronger community — one scoop at a time.

Jonathan immigrated to the United States from Mexico as a child, a journey that instilled in him a deep appreciation for education and the opportunities it brings. As the father of a large, close-knit family with six children, Jonathan understands the power of community, the value of hard work, and the importance of mentorship. Driven by a passion for empowering young people, Jonathan and his family are committed to helping the next generation succeed, both personally and professionally.

Jonathan Trevino
Founder and CEO
Jonathan was born in Mexico and emigrated to the U.S as a child. He enjoys walking dogs, trekking through mountains, and spending quality time with his family.
Lauren Carr
Operations Manager
Lauren has been offering her business expertise in building PNW Scoopers. Lauren loves encouraging young people, hiking and making new friends.
Alec Rust
Are Service Director
Alec is currently overseeing our service routes while also working as a full time student. You can usually find him reading, making music, and playing with his dogs.
